大傾角皮帶輸送機(jī)采用的是具有波狀擋邊和橫隔板的輸送帶。因此，特別適用于散狀物料連續(xù)輸送。該機(jī)可用于肥料、煤炭、化工、建材、冶金、輕工、糧食等行業(yè)，在工作環(huán)境濕度為-15℃--+40℃的范圍內(nèi)輸送堆積比重為0.5-2.5t/m3的各種散狀物料。
結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維護(hù)方便、占用空間小且節(jié)省投資（可取代輸送機(jī)、斗提機(jī)聯(lián)合布置形式）、便于布置等特點(diǎn)，因而被廣泛推廣使用。具有高傾角，大產(chǎn)量，不撒料，布置靈活等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
